Log In Instructions 

So you are curious about how to log in, and you can't reach a supervisor or manager to help you. The system has not had any problems logging anyone in for more than 4 years. As a result If you are having difficulties logging in but can log into social media sites then it could be that you are not simply following the instructions below and log yourself in. 
"Log me in Please"

Follow these steps to login to our system. 

1. LeBlancConsulting.net
2. Click 3-bar icon on the top left.
3. Click Home
4. Click Consulting Login
5. Click Consulting Login again
6. Password:(provided by IT management) 
7. Click Login
8. Scroll down to Daily Progress Notes
9. Consultant Information
10. Go to Consultant Name
11. Click drop down. Locate your name, and click on Done.
12. Go to Client Learner Name, click drop down to right. 
Find Client's Name, and click on Done.
13. Go to down to Day of Week, use drop down to select day.
14. Repeat for month.
15. Repeat for day (date). 
16. Repeat for year.
17. Ratio = 1 to 1
18. First time start, use drop down box
19. Repeat for First Finish Time.
20. Total hours: Add hours and click Dropbox.
21. CLIENT INFORMATION: 
Use Dropbox for location.
22. Repeat for city.
23. Repeat for state.
24. Client phone number: ___
25. Service information: Case manager, use Dropbox to select.
26. Service provided is either ILS or Parenting
27. Objective, use Dropbox.
28. Goals addressed,
 use Dropbox.
29. Materials used, 
use Dropbox.
30. Take performance, 
use Dropbox.
31.  Scroll down to Daily Progress Notes
32. SOAP
S - Subjective/ Write what client talked about or SAID. 
O/Objective/OBSERVATION-what you saw.
A/Assessment- your thoughts 
P/ Plan - Write a plan to improve outcomes.
