🎓 LeBlanc Foundation College Entry Scholarship: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

Are you a high school senior preparing to step into your next chapter in college?


The LeBlanc Foundation is proud to offer the College Entry Scholarship — a financial award designed to support graduating seniors who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership potential, community involvement, or resilience in the face of adversity.

📌 Scholarship Overview:
  • Award Amount: Up to $2,500 per recipient
  • Number of Awards: Multiple (based on available funding)
  • Use of Funds: Tuition, textbooks, housing, or other academic-related expenses

✅ Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be a high school senior graduating in the current academic year
  • Must be accepted into an accredited college or university for the upcoming fall semester
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Demonstrated community service, leadership, or overcoming hardship
  • Must submit a completed application, including essay and proof of enrollment

🎓 LeBlanc Foundation College Entry Scholarship

Application RequirementsTo be considered for the LeBlanc Foundation College Entry Scholarship, all applicants must submit a complete application with the following required materials through our official online portal.


✅ Required Submission Materials:
  1. Completed Online Application Form
    – Provide full name, contact info, school information, GPA, college attending, and parent/guardian info (if under 18).
  2. Proof of College Acceptance
    – Upload your official or scanned college acceptance letter from an accredited U.S. college or university.
  3. High School Transcript
    – Upload your most recent transcript. Unofficial transcripts are accepted, but must include your full name, school name, and cumulative GPA.
  4. Personal Statement (500 words max)
    – Answer the prompt:
    “How do you plan to use your education to serve your community or change the world?”
  5. Letter of Recommendation
    – A signed letter (PDF or Word) from a teacher, school counselor, mentor, or community leader familiar with your academic and/or personal achievements.
  6. Current Photo (Headshot or School Portrait)
    – A clear photo of yourself for scholarship announcement purposes if selected.
  7. Copy of Valid Photo Identification
    – Acceptable forms include:
    • Government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, State ID)
    • School ID (with matching name and photo)
    This is required to verify applicant identity and prevent fraudulent submissions.
  8. Optional: Resume or List of Achievements (1 page max)
    – Include any honors, leadership roles, extracurriculars, work experience, or volunteer hours.
